Matthew Gagliano is a nutrition, strength coach, and running coach. He is also an adjunct professor and a four time winner of Best of RI for best personal trainer. A graduate from both the University of Rhode Island and Boston University, he eventually cracked the code for what it takes to run an injury free marathon and has helped over 150 men and women over the age of 50 achieve success.
He's most famous for helping people run their first ever marathon, obtain new PR's, train and eat smarter, and better their health all while enjoying the process of training.
