In this 60 day coaching program you'll have a completely individualized routine supported and designed by your very own coach. Not only will I provide unlimited video and telephone calls to support your progress but the program will also address:
Strength: Every workout is designed for you to do in the comfort of your own home and delivered through an app
Running: Whether or not you're running a 5k, 10k, Half marathon, or marathon we'll design a plan specifically for you and your pace.
Nutrition: Our membership includes nutrition coaching. With daily lessons and clear goals you'll support your health and activity level through an individualized nutrition program.
FB Live workouts and seminars: Most importantly you'll have access to what makes our program so special, the community.
